About us
Burton Community First Responders are members of the public, living and/or working within local communities, trained by the ambulance service to respond to 999 calls in advance of an emergency ambulance. Community First Responders are more commonly known as CFRs. CFRs are deployed by the ambulance service to critically ill patients who will benefit from rapid intervention by trained team members.
